2.1. Free Mode: Limited access to Senserum's AI capabilities.
2.2. Senserum Plus: Subscription-based service that provides:

• Unlimited AI responses
• Monthly AI-generated images (fixed quota)
• Early access to new features

Note: Additional image credits cannot be purchased.

• Subscriptions are processed via Gumroad.
• Upon successful payment, the user is automatically linked, granting immediate access.

• Prices are displayed in EUR (€) or USD ($) and may change without notice.
• Payments are securely processed via Gumroad (Credit Cards, PayPal, etc.).
• Invoices are available through the Gumroad customer portal.

• Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically each month.
• Cancellation: Users can cancel at any time via Gumroad.
• Expiration: If payment fails, access to Senserum Plus is suspended.
• End of subscription: Users remain in the Plus plan until the end of the paid period.

As per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, digital services activated immediately do not qualify for refunds.

• Senserum complies with the GDPR.
• User data (email, user_id, subscription status) is securely stored.
• Users can request data deletion by contacting contact@senserum.com.

All content on Senserum is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
